Helen’s One on One Sessions are personally designed to address your needs. This may include refining the integration of the body within a myriad of movement and/or somatic practices, the rehabilitation of an injury or the mentoring of a creative process.

Morning Class @ Morrow

This process integrates and mobilizes the whole body and will include set movement material as well as exploring the physicality engendered in your own movement. In turn we will improvise in changing group configurations. The somatic processes of the Bartenieff Movement Fundamentals and the developmental movement patterns are the basis of the work.

This series is intended for the pre-professional and professional dance milieu.

Movement Patterning: Friday series

This training integrates and coordinates the body in motion and refines the connection between the mind and the body.

As an awareness of habitual patterns surface, new options arise. Fluidity and ease penetrate your movement and presence.

This process is for a diverse population: people who love to move, all of the performing and visual arts, somatic/movement/physical therapists, bodyworkers, yogis, athletes et al.
